Living on the Coast managed to grab a couple of hours with our dear friend Walt, in an interview Travis did with him last year. With a history of scuba diving, still photography and filming dating back to the 1960's, Walt Deas was one of diving's true breed of adventurers. He worked with the top names in the film and TV business including David Attenborough and David Bellamy and was well respected as one of the top cinematographers in the business. Walt passed away earlier this year and left behind an under water film archive of 50 years with some never seen before vision, which will be part of the upcoming series of Living on the Coast. Walt was a true adventurer, taking cameras into icy waters, tropical islands and active volcanos.
